Madam,

I wish to say sincere thanks to kind council workers, including the driver of the gritter, as well as the driver in front of our dear daughter, who kindly helped, just after 8am, just before Talyllyn.

Conditions were not easy and our daughter was pleased to meet with kindness and unstinting help.
