I’d like to thank the staff of Tai Ceredigion for all of their work over the Covid-19 crisis and for continuing to provide services throughout this difficult time.

As a member of the board, I am very proud of the achievements of Tai Ceredigion since the stock was transferred from the county council in November 2009. The merger with Mid Wales Housing to form Barcud will be for the benefit of the residents, creating opportunities for staff, and provide a housing association which understands the rurality of Mid Wales and the need to continue to operate bilingually.

I also thank Peter Saunders, Peter Deakin and Gwyn James who will be standing down, and their contribution to the board has been invaluable.
