Madam,

Enjoying a coffee and a custard slice in the Penguin Cafe, in Aberystwyth, I overheard this conversation between two very elderly senior citizens on the table next to where I was sitting. “Well it looks like those Cabinet ‘thingy’ councillors are going to send in the demolition squad to Bodlondeb as they did with our Park Avenue Day Centre.” Reply: “Yes and they are not even from Penparcau.”

Just a casual conversation but it should make us all think as to how true the reality of this conversation will prove to be.
