Traffic lights on bridge would be awkward

Madam,

Re ‘Lights will be much cheaper than a bypass'.

I suggested traffic lights long ago to relieve congestion temporarily until the Llanbedr bypass is built. However, the lights would have to be placed where the traffic can wait without hindrance to parking and other vehicles.

Lights on the bridge would be very awkward.
