Tŷ Glyn, a family-owned, luxury hotel nestled in the Aeron Valley, has been officially named a finalist at the prestigious Welsh National Wedding Awards 2026.

The Welsh National Wedding Awards, in their 15th year, acknowledge and celebrate wedding industry vendors, venues and creative professionals across five regions of Wales, with Tŷ Glyn named within the Best Wedding Venue category of the Mid Wales Region.

The Ciliau Aeron venue is licensed to host wedding ceremonies, with its dedicated ceremony room accommodating up to 100 people. Tŷ Glyn also has a grand hall for larger wedding breakfasts and celebrations, alongside landscaped gardens, an outdoor terrace and views across the Aeron Valley. The hotel says its wedding team works with couples throughout the planning process, while catering is provided in-house with an emphasis on locally sourced produce.

What makes this award especially meaningful is that the shortlisting is driven by votes from the couples who married at Tŷ Glyn, making this a true reflection of client validation, exceptional service and industry trust.

“We are incredibly proud to be named a finalist in the Best Wedding Venue category alongside other venues across Wales,” says Carys Harrison and Esme Worth, wedding coordinators of Tŷ Glyn. “As a team, we are deeply grateful to every couple that choses Tŷ Glyn as their wedding venue and knowing that our brides and grooms took the time to vote for us is the greatest reward for our team.”

Winners of this award are to be revealed at the celebratory ‘15-Year Anniversary Crystal Ball’ on the 8th of November at Brangwyn Hall, Swansea, as the Welsh wedding community gather to honour the work of all industry professionals.
