Why is Aberystwyth Town Council so far behind the times?

If you look at their website under Leisure: Bandstand, it still shows the Summer Events programme from 2015!

What’s worse, it states that “Aberystwyth’s bandstand was first built in x” rather than showing the actual year, and goes on to say that there are plans to completely replace it ... which of course has already happened.

I took the trouble to e-mail the council twice about this over the summer, but have heard nothing back and the embarrassing error is still there. I wonder why they can’t be bothered to reply to e-mails or to keep the website up to date?
