Madam,

Will the RSPB compound its misguided views on the placement of wind generators with that of plastic waste?

It has been clearly pointed out to the society that wind farms not only kill birds, but bats as well, and there is an abundance of evidence to substantiate the claim of wild bird slaughter.

The society should recognise there are no physical boundaries in the atmosphere to inhibit wildlife decimating itself in wind generator blades, and it is a flight of fancy to deny this obvious truth!

If that is not bad enough, then why is the RSPB not campaigning about the scourge of plastic waste?

There is not a motorway, road or remote country lane these days without coming across litter and plastic waste.

Is it really necessary to point out to the RSPB that this rubbish is harmful to birds and wildlife?

So why isn’t the RSPB protesting publicly and, in doing so, it might bring back some credibility to a society that appears to have lost its way?

Yours etc,

Dave Haskell, Cardigan.
