Madam,

The leader of Ceredigion County Council has consistently written to the North Ceredigion Forum for Elderly People’s Care, of which I am chair, with the same consistent message regarding the sale of Bodlondeb, that it has been “sold subject to contract”. However, that same message has been expressed for the last nine months! What is going on? Why the delay? When can we expect progress on this matter? When is Bodlondeb going to be sold? When are contracts to be signed?

In the interests of public accountability, when is this matter to be resolved? Nine months on since we were first told that Bodlondeb has been sold, we are none the wiser.
