ABERYSTWYTH Town Women continue their Genero Adran Premier campaign on Sunday as they welcome Cardiff Met Women to Park Avenue.

The Seasiders head into the fixture looking to bounce back from last weekend’s 4-0 defeat away to The New Saints, while the visitors arrive following a 2-0 home defeat against Swansea City Women. Both sides will be eager to respond positively and secure valuable points as the league campaign continues.

For Aberystwyth, the match represents another important opportunity to build momentum and secure valuable points as the season progresses.

Despite a difficult run of results, the draw against Barry Town earlier in October showed the Seasiders' ability to fight back and find the net. With home advantage at Park Avenue, Aber will be looking to produce a determined performance, take confidence from their previous meeting with Cardiff Met and give the home supporters something to celebrate.

ONES TO WATCH

Aberystwyth Town Women – DANIELLE MAWLE

Danielle Mawle could prove pivotal for the Seasiders this weekend. The versatile midfielder will be looking to make her presence felt against Cardiff Met, using her experience, work rate and ability to influence play to help Aberystwyth compete across the pitch. With the Seasiders aiming to bounce back and secure a positive result at Park Avenue, Mawle could play an important role in helping her side control the game and create opportunities going forward.

Cardiff Met Women – Faith Mulenga

One player Aber will need to keep a close eye on is Faith Mulenga. The full-back played an important role in Cardiff Met's promotion campaign and has shown her ability to contribute at both ends of the pitch. Her attacking threat and experience make her a key figure for the Archers, and she will be aiming to help the visitors build on their September victory and secure another positive result against the Seasiders.
