Pwllheli’s hopes of challenging for the Lock Stock Welsh Alliance division two promotion places suffered a set-back as they lost 1-0 to leaders Glan Conwy.
The solitary goal was scored on the hour by Jordan Phillips direct from a 25 yard free-kick, as the hosts slipped to only their second defeat since mid-November.
Blaenau Ffestiniog Amateurs meanwhile had to settle for a 2-2 draw with Penmaenmawr Pheonix, with several key players being suspended.

Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Division One
PENRHYNDEUDRAETH were in free-scoring mood as they thrashed basement strugglers Llandudno Junction 8-0 in the Lock Stock Welsh Alliance division one.
Meilir Williams opened the scoring on 26 minutes, Liam Watson netted on 33, Jack Jones on 38, Sion Jones on 41, and Williams again on 43.
In the second half, Tom Smith netted on 51 minutes, Watson on 54 and Smith on 65, to complete the rout.
A depleted Barmouth and Dyffryn United were hammered 7-0 by high-flying Llangefni Town, in the absence of Steve Bratt, Shane Jones and Ieuan Brookes, who has incurred an ankle injury that has ended his season early.
Daniel Thomas scored the opening goal on 24 minutes, and two quick goals by Craig Roberts and Matthew Jones made it 3-0 at the break. Liam Morris scored on 48 and on 54 minutes, and Marvin Pritchard also bagged a brace of goals, on 74 and 90.
Leaders Llandudno Albion beat Mynydd Llandygai 8-1, with Peter Jones bagging five goals on 10, 27, 30, 60 and 82 minutes. Daniel Evans netted on 12, Ricky Jones on 17 and Lee Ellis on 70, whilst Jamie Whitmore replied on 80.
Second-placed Bodedern Athletic won 1-0 at Prestatyn Sports, where Roger Jones struck their winner on 59.
Llanrwst United beat Llandyrnog United 5-0, with goals by Chris Nicholson on 4 minutes, Leighton Griffiths on 21, Aaron Jones on 36 and Callum Parry on 43 and 70.
Llanberis drew 3-3 with St Asaph City, with the hosts netting through Ryan Owen on 37 minutes, Dafydd Jones on 43 and Callum McDonald on 84, as against the visitors’ Jason Foulkes on 49 and 73 and Paul Fleming after 78.
Greenfield and Llanrug United played out a goalless draw at Bagillt Road ground.
