BOW Street made progress in the Spar Mid Wales League Cup as two goals from Tom Williams sealed a 2-0 home triumph over division two outfit Churchstoke.Dolgellau are also through after goals from Joe Ephraim, David Edwards and Ieuan Brooks earned a 3-1 home success over Abermule, with Tyler McCarthy scoring a brace on his debut for the visitors.Richard Davies scored a hat-trick as Berriew marched on with a 4-1 win over Hay St Mary’s, with Steve Roberts also scoring for the hosts, whilst Steve Morgan replied.Rhayader Town made progress as goals from Richie Powell, Tom Bethell and Gareth Hughes sealed a 3-1 win at Knighton, and Elliot Williams scored the winners as Llandrindod Wells edged through with a 1-0 home win over Kerry.
