A CHWILOG builder has raised nearly £5,000 for the Wales Air Ambulance after they came to his aid following a serious car crash that left him with a cracked skull.
Tom Parry Jones suffered serious injuries during a crash at the end of October last year when his car flipped over during bad weather on the A497 in Criccieth.
The 28-year-old suffered a cracked skull, bruised 50 per cent of his lungs and broke one of his eye sockets.
The self-employed builder was off work for three months following the crash, but has since made a full recovery.
