A CLYNNOG Fawr man has appeared before Mold Crown Court this morning charged with the murder of a 22-year-old mum from Penygroes.
David Nicholas Davies, 25, of of Penrhiw Terrace, was remanded in custody during an eight-minute appearance.
He spoke only to confirm his name.
Davies is accused of killing Emma Baumm, whose body was found in her garden on Monday last week.
In a video link from Swansea, Judge Keith Thomas remanded him until a hearing on 10 October.
A provisional trial date has been set for November at Caernarfon crown court.
Defence barrister Dafydd Roberts made no application for bail. Sion ap Mihangel appeared for the prosecution.
