POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a driver was seriously injured in a crash this afternoon (Saturday).

Dyfed Powys Police said: "Did you see a collision between a car and a van on the B4336 between Llanllwni and Llanfihangel ar Arth this afternoon (Saturday, February 29)?

"A Volkswagen Polo and a Ford Transit collided at around 12.16pm, with the driver of the Polo suffering serious injuries.
