Firefighters are this afternoon tackling a blaze in sand dunes near Borth.

Emergency services rushed to the scene at around 3pm, according to one eyewitness, with a blaze beginning to spread in dunes near Borth and Ynyslas Golf Course.

Firefighters remain on the scene.
