A 72-year-old man has died after being pulled from the sea.
Police confirmed the man was found yesterday (Wedensday), in the water at Morfa Nefyn.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “We received a call at 5.21pm yesterday from colleagues at HM Coastguard requesting assistance after a 72-year-old man had been located unresponsive in the water at Morfa Nefyn.
“The air ambulance also attended, who sadly confirmed the man had died.”
Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious, and the local coroner’s office has been informed.
