A man and a woman have been arrested after police smashed through their front door in Dolgellau to execute a drugs warrant on Friday.

The pair were arrested under the Misuse of Drugs Act and North Wales Police officers say they seized what they believe to be drugs and cash at a property in Ffordd y Felin.

Inspector Matt Geddes said: “I want to thank the local community once again for the information they provide to us.

“Such information enables us to take actions and thereby make a positive impact upon the risk criminal behaviour poses within our community.”
