POLICE are investigating after it is thought a fire was started deliberately at Nefyn Library causing damage to the outside of the building.
A fire crew from Nefyn were alerted to the fire just before 9am on Sunday, 22 May.
The fire was out on arrival but a North Wales Fire spokeswoman said that the blaze, which began in the guttering outside, is thought to have been started deliberately.
The guttering suffered heat damage and scorch marks, it was also left cracked from the fire.
North Wales Police are now carrying out enquiries into the fire and anyone with any information is asked to contact them on 101.
