TWO North Wales PCs appeared in court on Friday accused of trying to pervert justice in witness statements.
James Burns, 55, of Waunfawr, Caernarfon, is also accused of two assaults on 10 April last year at Penrhyndeudraeth on Michael Stanley, causing him actual bodily harm.
He and Robin Humphreys, 26, whose address was given as police HQ at Colwyn Bay, were bailed until next month at Caernarfon Crown Court.
They appeared before Caernarfon magistrates.
