POLICE have renewed an appeal for information in a bid to identify a man wanted in connection with an assault in Aberystwyth in September.

Police said the suspect (pictured in the white T-shirt) is pictured outside Why Not nightclub at the top of Great Darkgate Street, where the alleged assault took place in the early hours of Saturday, 26 September.

Anyone with information that could assist in identifying this male is asked to contact Pc 259 Foale at Aberystwyth police station on 101.
