A POLICEMAN has appeared in court accused of assaulting a man being arrested in Penrhyndeudraeth.
James Burns, 55, of Waunfawr, Caernarfon, appeared before Caernarfon Crown Court accused of two assaults causing actual bodily harm and common assault, on 10 April last year at Penrhyndeudraeth against Michael Stanley.
Judge Huw Rees bailed Burns until a trial on 7 August.
