A vehicle transporter has forced the closure of a north Ceredigion road after becoming wedged on a tight bend.

Police were called to the B4572 Waunfawr to Clarach at around 12.20pm earlier today.

"The road is closed while awaiting recovery," a police spokesperson said.

"Motorists are advised to use alternative routes."

The road is currently closed between the crossroads in Clarach and the crematorium.
