Tributes have been paid to a motorcyclist who died near Newcastle Emlyn over the weekend.

Police have launched an appeal following the fatal single-vehicle collision on the B4333 near Newcastle Emlyn on Saturday, 17 October at around 2.30pm.

Sadly, 55-year-old Kevin Thomas, who was riding the motorcycle involved, died at the scene.

Next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

Kevin’s family have issued a tribute to him this afternoon, saying: “Kevin Thomas of Aberkenfig, Bridgend who sadly lost his life on 17 October 2021. Beloved Husband, Father, Bampi, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Friend.

“Always in our hearts but never forgotten”
