Thanks are due to Dyfed-Powys Police for executing a drugs warrant at Penparcau when two people were arrested when drugs were found.

The residents of Penparcau the largest ward in Ceredigion with very little past crime - wish to thank all those involved, as they wish to continue to keep Penparcau as one of the best places to live, not only in Wales but the world and having travelled extensively I know this to be true.

Not only has Penparcau such beautiful views with the old Hill Fort of Pendinas in the background and Tanybwlch Beach within its boundary it has the River Rheidol to its fore and the River Ystwyth running along the rear of Pendinas.

Ours is a village where so many have grown into adulthood with happy shared childhoods like my own. Added to that is the huge community spirit with so many voluntary organisations for all age groups, the church, shops, sporting facilities, the wonderful Llwyn yr Eos junior school and so much more including the Neuadd Goffa War Memorial Hall Police Station. So a big thank you from residents to all police officers involved.
