Actor Larry Lamb kept his word, and revisited the Italianate village of Portmeirion.

He filmed there in May with his son George for the Channel 5 programme Britain By Bike, and so enjoyed the village he vowed to return to see Meurig Jones, the event manager at Portmeirion.

Currently he is back in Wales filming a new BBC series on Anglesey and can be seen on Thursday, 29 November, at the Galeri in Caernarfon, where he and his son will be hosting a night as a part of their Back On The Road tour, where they’ll be talking about their history, relationship and memories of cycling around Snowdonia and other parts the UK.
