Madam,

As a resident of New Quay I am yet again amazed at the council which has taken it upon itself to remove all the litter bins from all the car parks in New Quay.

I can’t say I’ve seen this in any place in England, Scotland and Ireland that I have visited. Where are people supposed to put litter?

Also there are no bins for dog waste?

What are people to do?

What is the theory behind this decision?
