Madam,

Today I read about the Bodlondeb home closure decision with, understandably, many tears. I see that no alternative has been given, meaning much unnecessary angst for the residents.

Why has this not been prioritised? You do get the feeling that these matters are way down on the list, whereas another skatepark is up there, given the attention needed to implement it as soon as.

It needs to be said, lest we forget, this happens to us all eventually, and one can only hope that attitudes towards our older residents improves.
