AN inspirational visit to Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice in Cardiff was made by members of the Cardigan Charity Fundraising Appeal where they presented a cheque of £500.

Ty Hafan offers comfort, care and support to life limited children, young people and their families, helping them make the most of the time they have left together.

After a guided tour of the hospice, Shelley Kirkham, Ty Hafan regional fundraising manager, thanked the Cardigan Charity Fundraising Appeal by saying “your support will make a great difference to the lives of the children and young people in Wales”.

The cheque was presented to Shelley by Paul Davies, chairman of Cardigan Charity Fundraising Appeal together with Fran Weir, Sue Davies and Pam Morris.
