The 2019 winner of the Ysgol Mynytho school Master Mind title is 11-year-old Beau Bodde.
Each pupil could choose a book that they would read and then the quiz master, Gwenan Hughes, would ask each contestant 10 questions on their chosen book followed by a minute of general knowledge questions.
A total of 19 pupils entered the competition and it took three rounds to reach the eventual winner, for each round the pupils had to choose a different book to read and answer questions.
From the original 19 entrees, 14 made it to the second round and the third and final round was a battle between the final six, which was won by Beau Bodde, pictured right with his trophy.
