Madam,

It’s good to see former heavyweight boxing champion, Frank Bruno, giving Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park, near Cardigan, his seal of approval by visiting with his son and grandson last Monday.

Apparently, when the resident grey seals spotted big Frank on the cliff-tops, they did some ducking and diving!
