Madam,

So far the footpath leading from Stad Craig Ddu to the main road in Llanon has not been adopted by the county council and had become very overgrown with weeds, tree roots and branches overhanging the path. This made it very difficult to walk, let alone anyone on a mobility scooter.

However, on Saturday on our way to the village carnival, we were amazed to find that the path had been cleared. So a big thank you to whoever took on the job.

Also we’d like to say how cared for the paths now look, we’re sure all this is appreciated by locals and visiting walkers.
