Planning
THE TOWN council had no objection to a planning application to erect a two-storey rear extension to 3, Ffordd Heulog, Ffestiniog nor was any to the application for external and internal alterations in order to revert existing residential dwelling into its original form as two seperate residential dwellings at 3 and 4, Gwaenydd Road, Rhiwbryfdir. That was also the case in an application to discharge of condition 10 of C16/0112/03/Ll at Canolfan Coffa Ffestiniog. A retrospective application to retain decking to rear of Llwyn Rhedyn, Oakeley Square was objected to as the size and height of the devel-opment was not clear from the plans. But a site meeting has shown clearly its size and height and it would significantly harm the privacy of nearby residents, and the town council has received several complaints about it.But an application for the demolition of existing stable and erection of a building to be used as a holiday unit and external toilets and the provision of three permanent camping pods at Ty Capel Bethel, Tanygrisiau was refused.

The said Housing Register Partnership wishes to ensure local people in housing needs are given every opportunity to access social housing and receive the appropriate housing options advice.
