Madam,

I am absolutely delighted to read that Gwynedd has won eight Blue Flag beach awards along with other Green Coast and Seaside awards.

It will have a positive effect on tourism, but we mustn’t forget that tourists need toilets! We can’t expect tourists to come if toilets are closing down.

Gwynedd Council, please reconsider.
