A man has been found dead in a house in Penrhyndeudraeth.

North Wales Police were called to the house shortly after 11am yesterday (Monday) following concerns for the safety of the man at the Adwy Ddu Estate.

A police spokesperson said: "On attending the property, a 45-year-old man was found dead.

"The man’s family have been informed.

"The death is not being treated as suspicious and we are currently conducting enquiries on behalf of the coroner.
