Madam,

The planned replacement for Plas Morolwg (Planning Application A170922) claims to reflect its “urban” setting and has a roofline matched - for some reason - to houses on a different street, higher up Pendinas. This would create a tower block five storeys high, looming against the skyline of Pendinas, above the harbour and the road to and from Tanybwlch beach. It would surely look better in an inner-city, somewhere.
