VEHICLE enthusiasts have rallied round to raise £2,000 for charity.
Members of The Big Bumpers held their annual fundraiser on the Llyn to raise money for Blood Bikes Wales.
The Bumper Bop took place at Llwyn Ffynnon Caravan Park Saturday, 2 October.
Members of the group invited locals and holidaymakers to enjoy the fun-filled day which included a collection of classic cars and machinery followed by an evening of live music and karaoke.
The Bumpers raised £2,000 through raffle ticket sales, donations and the sale of merchandise.
Garry Frost of Blood Bikes Wales, said: “We are incredibly grateful that The Bumpers held such a fantastic event to help us keep our riders on the road. All the money raised from the event will go towards developing our service.”
Blood Bikes Wales is a charity run solely by volunteers.
They provide a completely free courier service to the NHS, delivering blood samples, plasma, donated human milk, documents and other items all over Wales.
The service operates on weekdays for some health board areas and across Wales from 7pm on Friday evening until midnight on Monday morning, including bank holidays, and even Christmas day.
Llywyn Fynnon offered the venue.
