A new hotel in Snowdonia specifically catering for people with disabilities will open on 30 October.

The Seren Gwesty, in the Llan Ffestiniog area, was established to offer holiday, short-term and respite breaks specifically for people with disabilities.

Seren Gwesty is a not-for-profit project and includes facilities such as a hydrotherapy room, sensory room as well as many other features which are not commonplace in many hotels.

The hotel will be officially opened by Dwyfor and Meirionnydd MP Liz Saville Roberts on Friday, 30 October, at 10.30am, who is delighted to be involved in the initiative.

“Not only is Gwesty Seren a fantastic facility in terms of offering job opportunities for people with disabilities, it also a top-class hotel in beautiful surroundings,” she said.
