Haven holiday parks in Porthmadog and Pwllheli will temporarily close this evening as Wales enters the firebreak lockdown.
A spokesperson for the company said it was busy contacting guests with bookings for the sites.
“Following the most recent announcement from the Welsh Government regarding the introduction of a fire-break lockdown we can confirm that all of our parks across Wales will close at 6pm on Friday 23 October and will remain closed up to and including Sunday 8 November,” a Haven spokesperson said.
“We know how disappointing this will be for those guests who are booked to stay with us during this time, but we will continue to support the legislation set out by the Welsh Government, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, owners and teams remain our number one priority during the pandemic.
“We are currently in the process of contacting guests who are due to arrive at our Welsh parks over the coming weeks and make them aware of the restrictions that have been put in place and the options open to them in relation to their cancelled breaks.”
Haven breaks in 2020 and 2021 are protected, giving guests the option to move their break or receive a full refund within 28 days and three days of the date they are due to arrive on park.
“We would like to thank our guests for their patience and understanding whilst we work through this as quickly as we can,” the spokesperson added.
“We apologise for any disruption and look forward to welcoming guests back to our parks when their local situation makes it safe to do so.”
