A GROUP of supermarket workers got their hands dirty in Garndolbenmaen this week to help with a community project.
Georgina Evans, Gay Jones, Paul Williams and Jaime Pearson, who all work at Tesco in Porthmadog, visited Garndolbenmaen to lend a hand clearing an overgrown park near the village hall.
Over four days, they strimmed, planted and painted the area to make it a safe and colourful place for children to play. Project organiser Carol Morris praised the staff for their help.
