On Sunday, 13 March, Cardigan biker Gavin Palmer had his long hair shaved off to raise money for local boy Conrad Thackrays’ basketball wheelchair fund. The event at the Seven Stars was a fantastic success, with Gavin and the Cardigan Bikers raising £700. Gavin’s plait will be donated to the Little Princess Trust, who provide wigs for children going through treatment for cancer.
