THERE’S a change of time and venue for harpist Harriet Earis’ show.
Instead of the Aberystwyth Arts Centre tomorrow (Thursday, 12 May at 7.45pm), Harriet will now perform with Andy ‘Wal’ Coughlan on bass and Sam Christie on percussion at The Marine Hotel, at 8pm.
Combining Celtic harp music with jazz and experimental backing, Harriet, Andy and Sam bring their own unique backgrounds and musical tastes into the mix to create an unforgettable, high-energy fusion that is guaranteed to get the feet tapping.
The trio has represented Wales at the Festival Interceltique in Lorient and at the Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow.
After the success of their 2007 album From the Crooked Tree, the trio will also launch their long-awaited second album on Thursday.
