A GRIEVING mother has spoken of the heartbreak she and her partner are suffering after their baby girl passed away just a few weeks before Christmas.
Natasha Taylor-Clarke, 20, from Harlech, and her partner Adam Stuhlfelder, from Bethel, (pictured) lost their baby girl, Safina Anastasia, on 1 December, just an hour after she was born nearly two months early.
Now a fund-raising page has been set up to help the young couple.
The 20-year-old, who was 32 and a half weeks pregnant, had gone into Ysbyty Gwynedd on 30 November after she became concerned about the movements of the baby.
Baby Safina Anastasia was born at 12.53am on 1 December weighing 3.16lbs but tragically just under an hour later she lost her fight for life.
Natasha said: “We knew something was wrong. The longer it took and the fact that around five people came in with the consultant, made us realise something was wrong. We were eventually told that the baby did not make it.”
