WINNERS of the last session of the year on 19 December were Mike Jones and John Valentine.

Keith Bellamy and Gill Howells were second and Dawn Claxton and Sally Davies were joint third with Chris Dennis and Gill Griffiths.

On 18 December, the Improvers group met for an enjoyable lunch, very generously treating their tutors.

Afterwards there was a bidding quiz won by Janice Thomas.

Aberaeron Bridge Club’s duplicate session will resume on Thursday, 2 January, at the Royal British Legion Hall at 6.40pm.

The afternoon improvers group will meet again at 1pm on 8 January.
