Bowling club

SIXTEEN members and friends enjoyed a fish and chip supper and chat in the clubhouse on Friday, 5 April, followed on Saturday, 6 April, with the start of season meeting.

At the start of the meeting, a minute’s silence was held in remembrance of Sheila Davies and Ron Rees.

After the short meeting, members were able to get out on the green for a bit of practice as they look forward to a good season of bowling.

Club days are Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

A free open day (weather permitting) is to be held on Sunday afternoon, 28 April.
