Dref Werdd
WITH new free senior citizens bus/train passes now needed before the end of the year, many have found it difficult to gain access to the appropriate helpline.
However, there is help on this matter locally and one is the Dref Werdd office staff who have been busy getting the seniors relevant information forward and the new travel passes will be posted to the applicants, who in turn are thankful for the help they received.
Away from the office Dref Werdd is involved with environmental work such as community woodlands and orchards, non-native invasive species, pollution and green spaces and if anyone is interested to be involved they are welcome to join the dedicated team of volunteers who are already helping them.
There is other advice outlets available and the staff will be happy to assist with any questions one might have.
