Senior Citizens

BORTH Senior Citizens had a very interesting and busy Christmas. It began with a great shopping trip to Hereford, a profitable stall at a very successful Charities Fair in the village hall, a Christmas tea party, a quiz, and a magnificent meal at Llety Parc, Aberystwyth.

After the meal they were entertained by the brass band from Ysgol Penweddig, conducted by Alan Phillips. Along with carols for the carol singing, the band played a special piece of music for them, rounding off a wonderful day.

Their thanks goes to everyone who contributed to Borth Senior Citizens Christmas.

The New Year at Senior Citizens begins with the New Year tea at 2pm on 12 January and the AGM at 2pm on 19 January.
