AFTER the exciting African drumming workshop in February, the group welcomes back Rachel Owens Schroder to talk about changing the way we eat in a talk entitled Navigating around Easter.

Rachel is an inspirational facilitator and several members of Custard Queens have improved their health by following Rachel’s nutritional advice.

All women are welcome at the Scout Hut on Sunday, 4 March, at 7pm.

Join as a visitor for a £4 donation, which includes refreshments.
