St Padarn’s Church

A GROUP from St Padarn’s Church had a most enjoyable trip to watch the pantomime Aladdin at the Arts Centre.

Especially appreciated were several members of the cast who have connections with the church e.g. Ioan Guile, Theresa Jones and Julie McNicholls Vale.

The next fundraising event to be held at the church hall will also involve acting (and the expertise of Ioan and others), as it will be a ‘Murder Mystery‘ evening, which is scheduled for Saturday, 16 February.

A different type of event is happening later in the month when there will be a ‘Teddy Bears’ Picnic‘ which is for youngsters who have been baptised in St Padarn’s in recent years.

They will be joined by other members of the congregation (plus their teddy bears), for an informal tea in the church hall on Saturday, 23 February.
