St Padarn’s Church

AN enjoyable teddy bears’ picnic was held in the church hall on Saturday, 18 August.

It was intended for children who had been baptised in recent years at St Padarn’s Church and they were encouraged to bring their favourite bears with them.

A happy afternoon culminated in some short prayers.

The following Saturday an organ recital was held in the church with Ian Rees, Daniel Smith and William Davies playing a good number of pieces by a wide variety of composers.

The next event to be held in the church will be a concert by Aber Opera on Friday, 21 September, at 7.30pm.
