Charity bingo
LINDY would like to thank everyone for supporting the charity bingo evenings in 2019.
She thanked the rugby club, Michelle, Jackie, Jenny, Sally, Dwynwen, Diane, Ailsa and Yvonne. Over £5,000 was collected for charities.
Bingo will restart in March.
Llanidloes Imagining the Future Zero Carbon
THIS is an event at the Minerva Arts Centre on Saturday, 18 January from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
Views are being sought from the local community on how to respond to the climate emergency.
There will be talks and stalls involving local food producers, transportation, farming, eco building, tree planting, community energy schemes, wellbeing, green burials, etc. Food and drink available.
Talks start at 11am.
Free entry, but donations welcome. Supported by PAVO.
